Bicycling

The next best thing that happened is the cycling trip down town. It didn't take long to ride downtown, but the bicycle we rented from the hotel, were apparently not functioning right on Mike's pick. He was huffing and puffing, puffing and huffing throughout the 10 kilometers ride down the town. At any given time, he would have completed it within half-hour. Instead our ride took us more than 45 minutes per way in search of a nearby banque just to check out the travelers check exchange policy and second, to the nearest grocery store for Hinano beer, a local favorite. I enjoyed the ride very much albeit geared in swim wears burning in the 40 degrees Celsius and close to 80 percent humidity. That was the last that he ever did mentioned about bicycling downtown again - "a DAMN draining and unbecoming of all experience" as he wisely chose to say it.
