JAPAN - UNDISCOVERED

Considering the many visits I have had, my first experience still remains as the most unforgettable. Subsequent visits was a little disappointing. Perhaps I still wish for that cultural city that was once dominated by temples and old houses, with people still living as they did hundreds of years ago, instead only to arrive at the huge and ultramodern terminal, with the mildly aging Tokyo Tower standing tall in the city. I look around at the power poles, the traffic congestion and the unromantic commercial buildings including minute homes, I could not be forgiven for making the same bad mistake of visiting the city again.

Japan is still a wonderful country and weird by the same token with its deep controversies we all love - its culture.
